Hello
I am Kristina, though I am also known by my Tibetan name Tsewang, which was given to me when I took refuge in the Buddhist tradition. As a writer, meditation guide, and holistic wellness advocate, I have a deep commitment to helping individuals reconnect with their inner selves and navigate life's challenges with mindfulness and intention. My journey, influenced by my multicultural upbringing in Hong Kong and my experiences as a single mother, has inspired me to explore the transformative power of meditation and self-awareness. Through my work, I seek to create sacred spaces where individuals can experience healing, clarity, and empowerment.
About Me
I am a certified Meditation Coach and Sound Healer with specialised training from Steinberg in sound therapy. My practice integrates this modality with Yoga and Pranayama techniques to support breath awareness and mindfulness.

My approach draws from both Eastern and Western traditions, including training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This knowledge complements my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine Dietary principles at Chinese University, where I explored the relationship between nutrition, energy, and wellbeing.

Through this diverse background, I've developed a thoughtful approach that considers the interconnectedness of physical nourishment, mental clarity, and spiritual balance—supporting clients in their journey toward holistic wellness.
